2. There are pores or trachoma in the cylinder or box.


3. If the oil drain screw is leaking and the nut is screwed out, the rubber pad inside is damaged or squeezed into the hole.


Solution: Check the location of the oil leak, determine the location of the oil leak, replace/tighten the screws and apply glue or wrap the biological tape.


 three. Oil leakage phenomenon.


1. There is oil leakage from the side of the cylinder head, there is oil in the gas tank, too much oil is added, and the type of oil used is wrong. Failure to maintain the cylinder in time.

Solution:


1. Open the cylinder screws and check whether the piston rings are aligned.


2. Check whether the piston ring is worn.


3. Check whether the cylinder is strained.


 Four. Customers need to change the engine oil once a week. The belt conveyor uses: summer (L-DAA150) compressor oil. In winter (L-DAA100) compressor oil, use No. 68 engine oil for direct-line machines.

3. Solution:


1. First use a soapy water brush to find the location of the air leak.


2. If the glue leaks, unscrew the screw and wrap it with raw material tape. Apply 704 glue or liquid oxygen glue and screw it back.


3. After the leakage of the gas storage tank is released, repair the leakage location by welding.


 six. The return air from the one-way valve causes excessive air pressure in the box, causing fuel injection.


Reason: 1. There are impurities or foreign matter on the plane of the valve core (silica gel) in the one-way valve or it is uneven.


2. The pressure switch unloading valve is damaged.


 seven. Causes and solutions for blowby gas?


1. Inspection method: Block the air inlet with your hand, which is the position of the muffler. If there is gas coming out, it is blow-by.


2. It will cause the air supply speed to be slow, the pressure to reach a certain level will not rise, the valve plate will burn, the cylinder head temperature will rise, and the life of the main engine will be short.


 reason:


1. There are impurities under the valve plate, and the impurities cause a gap between the valve plate and the valve plate.


2. The use environment is too poor and impurities and dust enter.


3. Not installed properly.


 Solution:


1. Check whether the valve plate is tilted


2. Open the cylinder cover and clean the debris under the valve plate.


3. Reinstall the valve plate.


 eight. Causes of air leakage between cylinder head, valve plate and cylinder:


1. Paper pad breaks


2. The cylinder head screws are not tight


3. The cylinder, valve plate and cylinder head are not flat.

2. The black slotted plastic screw adjusts the reset pressure. Turn it forward to adjust the pressure upwards, and reverse it to adjust the reset pressure downwards.


3. It is not recommended that customers adjust the pressure of the factory air compressor. The service life will be reduced and the damage will not be covered by the three guarantees.
