How to clean dust and perform daily maintenance on a new air compressor?
When choosing a complete set of air compressors for use, since the air compressor is generally installed outdoors, it is inevitable that there will be dust and other factors that interfere with the unit and cause it to not work properly. The same is true for refrigerated dryers. The reason for not working properly is mostly dust, so the air compressor and refrigerated dryer must be maintained regularly. The specific methods are as follows:
I would like to add one thing: each time you start the machine, pay attention to whether the temperature of the air compressor is too high for a moment (greater than 90 degrees Celsius within one minute is too high). At this time, you should press the stop button to shut down the machine. After the countdown for the air compressor to restart is completed, turn it on again and observe its temperature. Repeat this step 2-3 times when starting the machine in winter.

1. During the operation of the air compressor, the door filter will gradually be blocked by dust or garbage bags and other debris, resulting in the inability of cold air to enter the air compressor. The temperature of the air compressor radiator will gradually increase until the over-temperature alarm is sounded. Therefore, the air compressor needs to be dusted regularly, as shown in the figure below:
Steps:
1. Open the chassis door and use an air gun to blow the filter surface until it is transparent
2. After the machine is filled with air, stop it and use an air gun to clean the radiator to ensure ventilation up and down
3. Clean the inside of the air compressor and restore the door panel after cleaning

2. Since the air compressor inhales air containing moisture during operation, the air tank must be drained every day to prevent excessive water from causing damage to the air compressor or excessive water at the gas usage site causing losses.

3. Like air compressors, dryers also need to be dusted regularly. As shown in the figure below, there is also a radiator inside the dryer. Dust and other garbage on the surface of the radiator should be removed regularly. Too much dust may cause the dryer to shut down due to overheating or poor cooling, and in severe cases, the compressor may be burned.
