Good maintenance and care are the guarantee for the normal operation of the unit, and are also the premise for reducing the wear of parts and extending the life of the compressor unit. Therefore, the maintenance and care system of the unit must be implemented seriously. Please refer to the maintenance plan list.

1. Daily maintenance

(1) Before starting the machine, drain the condensate from the oil-gas separation cylinder until oil flows out.

(2) Check the oil level of the compressor lubricating oil. If the oil level is too low, add oil; check whether the joints are reliable, and whether there are loose or damaged bolts and nuts.

(3) After the unit is started, check whether the displayed values on the LCD panel are normal; check whether the unit has leakage. If there is leakage, stop the unit immediately and release all internal pressure before handling.

(4) After maintenance and care are completed, check whether it has been reassembled and set up properly, and whether all fasteners and sealing components are installed in place.

The oil drain ball valve can be opened 5 minutes after the unit is shut down.

Do not perform any maintenance or repair on the air compressor while it is running or under pressure.

2. Maintenance and replacement of parts

(1) Maintenance method of air filter

1. Open the air compressor door.

2. Open the air filter cover, gently rotate the main filter element, and pull it outward to remove the main filter element.

3. After removing the main filter element, the safety filter element is exposed. The safety filter element can be removed in the same way.

4. Clean the inner wall of the filter housing with a damp cloth.

5. Replace the new filter element and install it

Replace the safety filter element every two times you replace the main filter element

(2) Oil filter maintenance method

1. Unscrew the old filter with pliers;

2. Clean the contact surface;

3. Apply a thin layer of oil film on the surface of the new filter seal;

4. Tighten the new filter by hand until the gasket is sealed;

5. Check for leakage after starting the machine.

3) Maintenance method of oil-gas separation core

1. Open the air compressor door;

2. Loosen the joint connecting the pipeline to the smaller pressure valve;

3. Loosen the pipelines on the oil-gas separation barrel cover, remember to ensure that they can be installed correctly;

4. Remove the fixing nut on the oil-gas separation barrel;

5. Remove the ferrule joint at the other end of the return oil pipe and pull out the return oil pipe upward;

5. Remove the oil-gas separation barrel cover;

6. Take out the oil separation core and clean the residue on the sealing surface;

7. Replace the new oil separation core and gasket.

8. Install according to the reverse steps. Note that the installation of the return oil pipe needs to be aligned with the small hole of the sub-oil separation core. The return oil pipe needs to be inserted into the bottom of the oil separation core and cannot be at the bottom.

9. Use a torque wrench to tighten the bolts of the oil-gas separator cover and restore the joints of each pipeline.

4) Lubricant replacement method

1. Shut down the machine;

2. Connect the oil drain pipe, open the ball valve, and drain the oil into the waste oil collection tube;

3. Close the oil drain ball valve, open the oil filling cap, and refill with new oil until the oil level reaches the middle of the oil mark;

4. Cover the oil filling cap;

5. Start the machine, run it for a while, and check the oil level; if the oil level is low, add some oil appropriately after shutting down the machine.

When the machine operating environment is hot or dusty, the oil replacement interval should be shortened accordingly

High oil level: The air compressor is shut down for 30 minutes, and the oil level is in the middle of the oil mark

Low oil level: Check when the machine is running, and the oil level is below the oil mark

(5) Motor maintenance method

Motor bearings must be lubricated every 5,000 hours (use Shell Alvania RL3 if not specified)

Add new grease until the original grease is discharged from the oil drain hole (the oil drain hole is under the bearing cavity), and wipe it clean with a rag to prevent excessive grease (excessive grease will harm the bearing).
