The cold dryer is an important component in the air compressor system. According to the corresponding relationship between the saturated vapor pressure and temperature of water, the refrigeration device is used to cool the compressed air to a certain dew point temperature, precipitate the moisture contained in it, and discharge the water through the air-water separator and the electronic drainer to obtain dry compressed air for use by the back-end equipment.
Since the cold dryer removes water by cooling the compressed air, many users think that the lower the outlet temperature of the cold dryer, the better, or the greater the temperature difference between the inlet and outlet of the cold dryer, the better. Is this actually the case?
